SUNRISE Brand ManagementSpecialists enters its second year serving as National Sales and Marketing Management for four active Natural and Specialty/Grocery companies, while working with some exciting start-up operations.  Regionally based management and experienced talented personnel are the shining features of this "contract management" operation.

Robert Tepper, who has an extensive background in Natural and Specialty brand development and management (formerly of Farm Foods/Ice Bean, Natural Nectar/Fi-Bar, Blue Sky Soda, and Annie's Naturals), founded the company and manages the East. Tere´Ossim, another industry veteran (Ashland Community Food Store, Mountain Peoples Warehouse, and Eden Foods) directs from Denver West.  Mike Hyman, yet another twenty year man (Fearn Foods, Bernard Foods, Mashuga Nuts, and Appleseed Marketing) handles the Central Region.  These three, with a combined 65 years in the trenches, and an excellent office support staff, cover all the bases for the companies they manage.

Tepper Acquires Simply Delicious

Simply Delicious Certified Organic Salad Dressing Line, a long-standing Natural Foods Industry standard, has been sold to Robert Tepper and Sunrise Brand Management Specialists.

Simply Delicious Certified Organic Salad Dressing will continue to be produced by and shipped from “The Wizard’s Cauldron” in North Carolina.  John Troy, creator and founder of this line, will continue working with Robert on development of line extensions and monitoring the strictest of certified organic standards.

New Formula, New Flavors, New Label Design

Tepper assumed ownership and management of this line October 1, 2000.  At that point, the brand added two new flavors (Curry Peanut and Shiitake Sesame), a new upgraded label design, and a very significant ingredient change.

Expeller pressed, high oleic Sunflower Oil has replaced Canola Oil.  Because Sunflower Oil has a more neutral flavor and very low trans fatty acids, this oil change allows for a fresher, more exciting favor burst and a longer shelf life.
